Consumer-Centric Meat Quality and Taste

If you are a meat producer, we can work alongside you to produce a consistently good quality product that meets consumer taste expectations in specific markets.

We can help you add value to your meat products and research projects through our extensive expertise in meat quality, measurement, automation, consumer behaviour, and R&D project management.

Our managing director Mark Loeffen gained an in-depth understanding of the meat industry while working for the internationally-acclaimed Meat Industry Research Institute of New Zealand (MIRINZ) for over 20 years in a range of roles, including general manager and measurement group team leader. Our team of consulting experts includes some of the world’s most highly acclaimed meat scientists.

We can help you:

  • Optimise and predict meat quality and taste
  • Predict consumer liking
  • Provide user-friendly meat quality assurance oversight for meat plants and marketing companies
  • Interpret data produced at any point throughout your supply chain, including processing and shipping.
  • Help plan and manage research projects

Our training division can also help your team effectively plan and manage the commercialisation of new products and technology through practical training courses and coaching.
